The discussions in an outside China are flourishing concerning the just concluded Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). In this context, Vice-Chairman of the Belt and Road Institute in Sweden was invited to participate in a panel discussion with other international experts and former officials to discuss the impact of the Third Plenum decisions on China’s relations with the world in the special CGTN television program “The Point with Liu Xin” on Wednesday, July 24.
